  4. INSTALLATION:  Copy BACKITUP.EXE from the Distribution Diskette onto the
  5. subdirectory of your choice on your system's hard disk.
  6.  
  7. It is recommended that the subdirectory that you select be one that is
  8. included in the PATH statement contained in your AUTOEXEC.BAT.
  9.

  11. RUNNING WIZARD BACKITUP:  At the DOS prompt, issue the BACKITUP command
  12. using the below sample syntex and press ENTER.
  13.  
  14.                             Example:  BACKITUP
  15.  
  16. The above command will result in ALL files on the CURRENT Drive being
  17. reviewed by BackItUp (C) to determine if they have been backed-up or
  18. not. If a file is identified as requiring Backup (e.g., New or modified
  19. since last Backup) the directory where the file is located will be
  20. displayed on the list of directories requiring Backup. Users who have
  21. formally registered the BackItUp program are given the option of
  22. PRINTing this listing for use in Backing-up required directories.

  24. This Shareware version of BackItUp includes a 15-day trial period for
  25. the "Automated Backups" feature. This is an extremely powerful, useful
  26. and convenient feature which makes performing Backups as easy as 1-2-3!
  27. This feature is suspended upon expiration of the trial period and is
  28. automatically re-activated upon registration of the BackItUp program.

  30. The BackItUp program takes the PAIN and FRUSTRATION out of your
  31. Backup procedures. Within SECONDS you can determine EXACTLY which of
  32. the directories on your system require Backup and then perform Backup
  33. operations on these directories ONLY! (You will wonder how you managed
  34. without it!)

  36. Note:  Additional Drive(s) can be searched by including a /(drive letter)
  37. option switch (e.g., BACKITUP /D) when issuing the BACKITUP command.

  39. If a listing of FILEs requiring backup is desirable, it is suggested that
  40. you download the program named WIZFIND.ZIP (PC-Wizard FastFind (C).) from
  41. the PC-Exec Bulletin Board in the Management Section ("C") of the
  42. Mahoney Collection.

  45. LICENSE:  This copy of PC-Wizard BackItUp (C) is licensed on a limited-basis for
  46. evaluation/trial use purposes only.  If you decide to continue to use the
  47. program after a 15-day trial period you must register the program by
  48. forwarding the required registration fee of $25 to:

  58. made available to Registered Users ONLY and will NOT be distributed on
  59. any BBS as a Shareware offering!

  63. price of $15.  Please include the $15 into the amount of your check or
